US Avoids Terrorist Attack In New York

By

Police has averted a terrorist attack in New York, the city’s mayor Michael Bloomberg told in a live broadcast by national TV channels on Monday.

Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. announced the arrest of suspected bomber Jose Pimentel.

The suspect was reportedly “inspired by al-Qaida propaganda”, and had been under the watch of the NYPD’s counter-terrorism unit for some time.

The arrest was made after the suspect had obtained explosive materials.

This is the third bomb plot exposed in New York in the past three years. Last year a homemade explosive device was discovered in a dark-colored sports utility vehicle parked at the Times Square, and subsequently defused. In 2009 police arrested four suspects who tired to blow up a synagogue.

The uS is in avoidance…that’s good…that should be the prevailing thing forever in the uS…until they tire from creating terrorists and even enemies we will just have to put up with them.
Prevention will put them out of business economically…no crime no job to prevent crime. There is one thing I am certain of…their sense of what is judicial made that terrorist.
