However the odds of one of the four nuclear missile carrying submarines being anywhere near there are far smaller. Aside from anything else, they don't need to be.The range on the only type of nuclear missile the UK has is long enough that it wouldn't need to leave UK territorial waters. The range is such that it could (not that it ever would) engage Buenos Aires from Grimsby. Other UK submarines do have conventionally armed cruise missiles that the US did develop a nuclear warhead for, but the UK has none of those warheads.

The Royal Navy only has nuclear powered submarines, so if there is one there (and while there could well be, the UK never discloses the locations of any of it’s active submarines) it will be nuclear powered.<br

Asian countries have already lost confidence in America and they are doing swap deals with China so that they can use the RMB for trade. By 2020 every country in Asia will have China as their largest trading partner. The US sanctions will fail because they are simply encouraging countries to exchange who they buy oil from. Saudi Arabia will lose some oil sales to Iran and Iran will lose some oil sales to Saudi Arabia - the same amount of oil will be purchased worldwide, Iran will be no worse off.China and Russia are likely to defend Iran in a US led attack and there is NO WAY that the US is going to take on Russia and China because that would mean a world war. China and Russia are not likely to let the US control the worlds oil supply because then it controls the world.

America knows that it cannot afford a war with Iran, its policy it to contain Iran and damage its economy.

The US Government is about to rack up another trillion dollars of debt this financial year putting its debt at a higher level than its GDP. I have to say how much I admire both countries. The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation should establish itself as being like the EU in that it is a trading block with a couple of main trading currencies, such as the Yuan, and it looks after the regions security from a cooperative and defensive not offensive perspective. India would be wise to become a ful member of this grouping as this will enhance its security with its neighbours including China.William Hague has announced that he believes that there will be a Cold War with Iran and no doubt this will include the Bush mantra of 'you are either with us or against us' but India has gotten around this before by being part of the non-allign group which it can no doubt do again.

In 2007 India refused to become part of the NATO alliance.

India’s best strategy is to follow the diplomacy of China and Turkey and be friends with everyone and trade with everyone. According to the World Bank an estimated 33 million people have been displaced by development projects such as dams, urban development and irrigation canals in India alone.India is well ahead in this respect. A country with as many as over 3600 large dams within its belt can never be the exceptional case regarding displacement. The number of development induced displacement is higher than the conflict induced displacement in India. According to Bogumil Terminski an estimated more than 10 million people have been displaced by development each year.Athough the exact number of development-induced displaced people (DIDPs) is difficult to know, estimates are that in the last decade 90–100 million people have been displaced by urban, irrigation and power projects alone, with the number of people displaced by urban development becoming greater than those displaced by large infrastructure projects (such as dams). DIDPs outnumber refugees, with the added problem that their plight is often more concealed. This is what experts have termed “development-induced displacement.” According to Michael Cernea, a World Bank analyst, the causes of development-induced displacement include water supply (dams, reservoirs, irrigation); urban infrastructure; transportation (roads, highways, canals); energy (mining, power plants, oil exploration and extraction, pipelines); agricultural expansion; parks and forest reserves; and population redistribution schemes.

The World Bank estimates that forcible “development-induced displacement and resettlement” now affects 10 million people per year. People have turned their attention away from a rumor, that the military now is the only one that can detain and hold a trial for presiding president...that commits treason or terrorist acts.
So...Ron Paul may be like we watched during the Bush and Gore election...a spoiler after the votes are counted. Then Both the Republicans and Democrats can remain dysfunctional. It appears they all are guilty of a previous crime...who knows what they will call it tomorrow...probably an act of kindness.
Everyone have a wonderful day...

I have not got much to report for either the Democrats or Republicans other than, they are experts at creating a refuted assent of the law…<br

Indian christian especially Kerala Christians especially Syrian Catholics have a history of 2000 years. India got independence only on 1947. only there afterwards the issues like reservation come to the surface? then we have to explore the reasons why did Christianity fail to popularize in India? why even in Kerala?
i am afraid to tell that the reporter did not have done any research on this topic. else he would not have quoted the scholar cardinal to substantiate an unnecessary fear. of course a kind of opposition has been there as a retaliation to the kind of evangelisation without any propriety.
the nouveau cardinal does know that the cathedral where his parish belong did have a church RESERVED for the coloured and the backward classes!
could the catholic say that they did not still bear the elements of untouchbility? the department of dalit and converted Christians itself are evidences !
many priests behave like local secretaries and government rulers. any ardent Catholics do know that. i am not explicitly mentioning it here. that what is happened to the European church would happen to us also, if we are not going to correct ourselves.
re-evangelisation is an imperative one in Indian context too. we all must do something for that. this is just a note, to see the issue in another angle.

Alessandro Special’s report needs some addendum. If you need more qualifiers for your endless Greek identities be my guess and ad as many as you want.
Do not play possum with me; your Greek identity in Aegean Macedonia dates from from 1986 when Asia Minor transplanted Christians overnight became descendants from the ancient Macedonians.
Greeks and Macedonians never mixed before.

Anon,<br
