Ron Paul Was Right About CIA Drug Deal

Texas Congressman Ron Paul has long lobbied against government restrictions on the drug use of American citizens, but in the past the outspoken presidential hopeful has linked the US with narcotics closer than one might imagine.
As early as 1988, Paul was preaching of a relationship between the Central Intelligence Agency and Contras in Nicaragua amid the Iran-Contra scandal that plagued the Reagan administration. That relationship, said Paul, was one built with an intricate drug trade.
According to the GOP frontrunner in the race to the White House, the CIA imported cocaine from the Contras into America and then supplied domestic drug dealers with their loot, a transaction that allowed the Agency to operate its illegal trade with its Latin American neighbors that would have been otherwise impossible to fund with legitimate money.
Instead, said Paul, the CIA used dirty money made by the Agency’s drug deals to help afford the cost of arming the Contras against Sandinistas.
Speaking at a gathering of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, a NORML, Paul told an audience along the campaign trail back during his bid for the presidency in 1988 that the CIA was involved in dealing coke.
Drug trafficking is “a gold mine for people who want to raise money in the underground government in order to finance projects that they can’t get legitimately. It is very clear that the CIA has been very much involved with drug dealings,” Paul said in the address. “The CIA was very much involved in the Iran-Contra scandals. I’m not making up the stories; we saw it on television. They were hauling down weapons and drugs back. And the CIA and government officials were closing their eyes, fighting a war that was technically illegal.”
Danilo Blandón, a former cocaine trafficker pegged by the US government, testified in 1981 that in regards to his own operation, “whatever we were running in LA the profit was going to the Contra revolution.” Blandón, from Nicaragua, added that he was outfitted with supplies by the CIA and sold cocaine cheaply to California dealers in order to turn a profit around for the government.
Rumors of the connection have circulated since the Iran-Contra affair though and have gone largely unreported. Paul, however, is no stranger to calling out corrupt government whenever he can. In televised debates of would-be Republican contenders for the GOP nomination this year, Paul has repeatedly gone after Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama for involving America in foreign wars for interests not vested in the American public .In the case of the War on Terror, Paul recently remarked that the Bush administration was full of glee after the September 11 terrorist attacks as it had finally allowed the government a reason to invade.
The fact is Ron Paul has a 30 year record of upholding individual freedom, rights, liberty, based on the Constitution. He opposes the corrupt over-powered Federal government with things like the privacy invasion of the TSA, the evil Patriot Act, the 4th amendment killing NDAA bill, the internet censorship bill SOPA, the racist and corrupt War on Drugs, and the unjust wars in the middle east.
Ron Paul is the only one fighting against those issues. Ron Paul is the ONLY vote that can beat Obama, pulling votes from dissatisfied Dems, the growing Independent population, and a growing portion of the Republicans. A vote for Paul is the ONLY vote for peace, prosperity and liberty.
Read the book by Terry Reed titled “Compromised” Clinton, Bush and the CIA. It details their connection with the drug trade. One of the many reasons for the war on drugs is that it creates non violent criminals that can be used in prison factories as slave labor. Dr. Paul is the only politician brave enough to speak out about this injustice.

The Gross Domestic product of planet earth is about $80-trillion dollars per year. International trade amounts to about $30-trillion dollars (export/import/tourism and etc.) Currency traders are trading $6-trillion dollars a day, which is about 7000% of the currency exchanges needed to cover real trade. How much of that goes to finance CIA extra curricular operations?
The facts and history speak for themselves. Unfortunately our elective officials can not understand their responsibilities.

Tt was a row between two different sorts of Republican foreign policy. When Regan came to power on th back of October Surpise which resulted in a deal to release the US hostages in Teheran, a certain connection had been made with that country and from then until the mid and latters 1980s, the US Govenment used it set up the enirely illegal Iran-contra scam. When Regan went gagga in 1987, HWB seamlessly slotted into power, though he was not in office and he had a very different conception of US power. Bush had been DCI and had many friends in Langley. So he turned the head of Iran-contra nd made him “head of counter-terrorism”, as usual a misnomer. That man’s first job was to shut down Iran-contra and he tried to do this by killing the Iranian Agent at the Iranian end of it, one Ahmad Beladi Behbehani. Unfortunately either the Iranians duped the CIA or the CIA’s information was faulty (it’s not clear) and the US shot down the wrong plane, IR655, which killed a different family paty named Behbehani.
The aggrieved Iranians produced the body of a three year old child they said was a Leila Behbehani for the Western media to report, and naturally it was not.
The US decided to give Iran its revenge privately, for by producing the Behbehani child they were saying that she was a kimswoman of ABB, and the Iranian code of qesas kicks in. No Fatwa is needed, though one might have been privately obtained.
The code is very precise and the deal called for only 254 lives which matched that of the number of Iranaians on IR655.
So the Lockerbie plane was blown up starting with a bomb supplied by the Americans, placed by an Iranian hand, which knew that 400g of Semtex was not enough, so souped it up.
But the CIA knew also that it was not enough so exploiting one of Captain Curry’s drug runs gave him a bomb at Frankfurt Airport. The rest is history.
