Three Killed In Sudan As Film Director Protected By US Law
Violent events following the issue of a U.S. anti-Islam movie continued on Friday across the Arab world. After the violence that caused the death of four Americans in Libya , including the U.S. ambassador, today at least three people killed in Sudan.
Demonstrations took place across the Arab world after Friday prayers. One protester died in clashes in northern Lebanon, another three in Khartoum (the capital of Sudan). Also in Lebanon, some 300 protesters attacked and set fire and American fast food restaurant in Tripoli . Meanwhile, the American School in Tunis was set on fire after protesters raided the embassy..
And in a potential of intensifying the Arab anger, the author of the controversial film is protected by the U.S. Constitution. The United States can not prosecute Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the director of “The innocence of Muslims.”
