Iberia Announces Flights Cancelled Due To Strike

Iberia announced Thursday the flights that will be cancelled on January 25, 27 and 30 (complete list here) due to the pilots strike.

Iberia said it will facilitate changes in tickets and refunds to affected customers and “will do everything possible to place them on other Iberia flights, flights operated by other airlines, or alternative means of transport.”

The airline said that customers who bought their tickets on www.iberia.com will receive messages if their flights are cancelled, including proposed trip alternatives when available.  Customers who bought tickets at travel agents should contact them to arrange changes or refunds, so to speedy these procedures, the company added.

Iberia said it will keep customers informed at all times via www.iberia.com and its Call Centers around the world, its Facebook and Twitter pages, all Iberia desks at the more that 100 airports in which it operates, and travel agents.
