Zionist politics makes for such strange bedfellows. Michele Bachmann, the rightwing Minnesota congresswoman and presidential candidate, will be addressing the Zionist Organization of America in New York tonight, alongside Glenn Beck and Benjamin Netanyahu. It’s that all-important NY primary… And the new rightwing coalition across religious lines– Ileana Ros-Lehtinen too. Louis Brandeis after whom the dinner is named is rolling in his grave. Urbandale, Iowa – Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann will address the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) at the 114th Anniversary Louis D. Brandeis Award Dinner on Sunday, Nov. 20. During her speech, Bachmann will stress the significance of the U.S.-Israel relationship while advocating for stronger measures to prevent a nuclear Iran.

The ZOA is the United States’ oldest pro-Israel organization, and has worked to educate Americans about the importance of strong U.S.-Israel ties. Keynote speakers include Glenn Beck and Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address the dinner by video.
