The organs of Hector “Macho” Camacho can’t be donated as he was too long on life support, according to an EFE media report citing Dr. Ernesto Torres, the head of San Juan’s Centro Medico trauma facility.

Camacho (50) was declared clinically brain dead on Thursday, two days after being shot in the face outside a bar in metropolitan San Juan. According to the AP, cocaine was found in the car in which Camacho and Adrian Mojica Moreno were shot and killed. No arrests have been made.

Camacho was removed from a respirator early Saturday after going into cardiac arrest.

Camacho held major championships in the super featherweight, lightweight and junior lightweight divisions, as well as winning lesser titles in four more weight classes, and becoming the first boxer to be recognized as a septuple champion
