What is the reason that Israel began such a large-scale operation in Gaza on November 14th?

Do you really think that it was an ordinary operation? In fact, the war in Gaza is the End phase of the US conflict with Iran.

Iran – United States Relations

October 20, 2012, The New York Times reported that the United States and Iran have agreed for the first time to one-on-one negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program. The information was rejected later, but it is obvious, that the main opinion in the US is the “Iranian issue has to be solved by negotiations”.

On the other hand, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, General Seyed Hassan Firuzabadi announced that “Israel has tried to involve the United States in the war against Iran, but failed to do so”. It was the first time, that high ranked Iranian official expressed a difference between the US and Israel. US is no longer considered an enemy for Iran, It is just a country, that Israel tried and eventually failed to provoke.

The real peace with Iran however, is an expensive luxury and someone has to pay a price for it.

During the recent war with Gaza, almost the whole world criticized Israel. However, Hilary Clinton announced that Israel has the right to protect itself. Despite the fact, that Israel even destroyed vital TV offices in Gaza, the attack on the international news agencies, as Reuters, France Press and Russia Today was not assessed by the United States.

Hamas is known as Iran’s main ally, its importance for Iran is growing more and more as the Syrian conflict continues and Assad’s power is gradually diminishes. However, even Iran didn’t proclaim against the Israel’s operation so sharply as usual did. Perhaps the truce in Gaza has been planned long before the war has begun.

Israel argued the necessity of the war against Iran, desperately looking for peace guarantees. Iran is an obvious threat for the existence of Israel altogether. In order to get notable compromises in future, or perhaps in current US – Iran negotiations, Iran should “give up” such extremist ally as Hamas.

So, by resolving the problem of Hamas by war, Israel did the final important step for the US to resolve the Iranian problem without it.

Pretty depth analysis, and sounds convincing. Anyway it’s very sad, that innocent people are paying the price of peace between 2 other countries with their lives…
