Former US President Bush Senior To Endorse Romney

Former President George H.W. Bush is to formally throw his support behind Mitt Romney, Gail Gitcho, a spokeswoman for the Republican presidential candidate, said on Wednesday.

Bush will endorse Romney at an event in Houston on Thursday.

His son, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, endorsed Romney last week.

After meeting with Bush in Houston, Romney will attend a campaign event at the Hotel St. Regis.
