Sheriff Joe Arpaio Widens Obama Background Investigation – OpEd

By

When Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio began his investigation of President Barack Obama’s background at the request of numerous complainants, little did he realize he would widen his probe of the President’s birth records as a result of the discovery of a 1991 document regarding the 44th President’s unpublished book, “Journeys in Black and White,” as reported on the late Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government news web site.

Arpaio stated during a recent press conference that his special investigative unit known as “The Cold Case Posse” already established probable cause that Barack Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery. He also stated that the President’s Social Security and Selective Service (draft) cards are highly suspicious.

With the discovery of the 1991 promotional brochure listing Obama’s birthplace as Kenya, Arpaio is expected to widen his investigation especially in the aftermath of Breitbart.com publishing the image of a 20-year-old promotional brochure that states in a “thumbnail biography” that Obama was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

The report said the brochure was created by the firm of Acton & Dystel, which was promoting Obama as the author of the never-produced “Journeys in Black and White.”

The Obama thumbnail biography states:

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.”

A search of the Dystel client list reveals she continues to represent the community-activist-turned-politician, who eventually did publish an autobiography titled “Dreams from My Father,” in which Obama admits befriending Marxists and socialists, taking illegal drugs such as cocaine, and even eating dog meat while living in Indonesia.

In his book, there is also Obama’s admission that as a child — during his formative years — he attended a madrassa (an Islamic school) and that his father was a devout socialist.

Breitbart News describes the entire Acton booklet as being 36 pages long, printed in blue ink using offset lithography.

The Breitbart.com reporters claim that Dystel continues to list Obama as one of her celebrity clients and that the literary agent’s new partner was the original editor of the Obama promotional pamphlet in 1991. An examinition of the firm’s web site by the Law Enforcement Examiner confirms this.

“Regardless of the reason for Obama’s odd biography, the Acton & Dystel booklet raises new questions as part of ongoing efforts to understand Barack Obama – who, despite four years in office remains a mystery to many Americans, thanks to the mainstream media,” the report says.

In addition, according to a recent Law Enforcement Examiner report, based on released, declassified intelligence documents by the British government, there is a question as to which location the Obama family visited first — Indonesia or Hawaii.

Of interest to Sheriff Arpaio and Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer is the fact that in June the U.S Supreme Court will rule on the decision of the Obama Administration’s to sue Arizona over its immigration law and its enforcement policy that includes sheriffs such as Arpaio enforcing the laws the Obama administration refuses to enforce.
It is no accident that the one swing-vote on the court, Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy, stated recently that he has no intention of retiring until “Obama is gone,” according to an item in Politico.
