More than 110 Syrians were killed in fighting Friday, including 36 civilians, 34 rebel fighters, 41 regular soldiers, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that 38 were killed in Reef Dimashq, 27 in Deir Izzour, 9 in Homs, 18 in Idlib, 5 in Dera’a, 9 in Aleppo, 1 in Hama, 2 in Damascus.
There are definite reports of casualties in the Harem town, Reef Aleppo, by mutual bombardment but the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said it has not been able to document any deaths fully due to the intensity of the conflict.
Relatedly, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has released footage of rebel fighters rounding up and summarily executing more than 8 regular soldiers. The rebels also physically abuse the victims before the massacre, kicking them repeatedly. This comes after rebels took control of the Hmeisho checkpoint west of Saraqeb town, Idlib province, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Human Rights observers say that if the video proves to be accurate it would be evidence of War Crimes committed by the rebel group.
