Kuwait Court Sentences Seven To Death For Role In Imam Al Sadiq Mosque Attack

Kuwait’s Criminal Court on Tuesday handed down the death penalty to seven defendants for their role in the Imam Al Sadiq Mosque bomb attack.

The Kuwaiti court also sentenced eight defendants to sentences ranging between two years to 15 years. The court also acquitted 14 other people.

The Imam Al Sadiq Mosque in Kuwait City was bombed this past June in an attack that killed 26 people and wounded 226.
