Yemen Raises Terrorism Alert
Yemen’s Interior Ministry has intensified security procedures in different governorates in case of any terrorist acts, the ministry’s website posted on Thursday, according to state news agency SABA.
SABA reported that the ministry ordered its offices in governorates in Aden, Abyan, Lahj, Hadramout, Mareb to raise the security alert and to take all security precautionary measures to ensure the safety of citizens and the security and military individuals from terrorist acts.
The ministry said the triggering of the alert is related to the hunting of wanted criminals in the governorates, particularly terrorists, according to SABA.
