Civil Disobedience May Follow Washington Gun Legislation, Warns Rights Expert – OpEd

The introduction in Congress this week of anti-gun owner bills may very likely be met with deep and harsh opposition by America’s millions of law-abiding gun owners and millions more who believe in the U.S. Constitution, an Inside-the-Beltway civil rights expert said on Friday.

“The anti-gun hysteria and other crapola coming out of Washington could lead to massive civil disobedience throughout the United States,” said John M. Snyder, a gun-rights lobbyist and former editor with the National Rifle Association.

Synder noted that, President Barack Obama, Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Reps. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.), Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) and other “political hacks are conspiring to take away Americans’ gun rights.”

He said that, “Political gun-grabbers are using the taxpayer-funded Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to do their dirty work.” The ATF is still reeling from its involvement in the Operation Fast and Furious scandal, an alleged criminal conspiracy.

According to Snyder, the Obama administration may order ATF to classify certain firearm models owned by millions of citizens as Title 2 guns under the Gun Control Act.

“People then could obtain them only with great difficulty,” said Snyder, who also serves as a member of the advisory board of the American Federation of Police & Concerned Citizens.

Snyder and other officials claim that Feinstein has been colluding with Obama administration ATF officials on her gun-grabbing legislative scheme.

“They want to take semi-autos away from the people. Her proposed legislation would do just that,” Snyder said.

“Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and others seem hell-bent on undermining Americans’ gun rights. A recent Gallup survey must have left them beside themselves with frustration. Taken as anti-gun elitist establishment haranguing was at its height, the poll showed that more people opposed than supported a ban on semiautomatic firearms,” he noted.

“This could lead the firearm-owner hating crowd to feel that only anti-gun executive action can get them anywhere near their goal. They’re out of touch. It is time for the House of Representatives to slash the ATF budget or eliminate the agency,” Snyder concluded.

Very predictable all this. The democrats and the Republican will invariably lay on the side of Wall Street against Main Street. In other words they will fight public manifestations to finance their comfortable sinecures in the aftermath of their careers; the banking sector being excessively generous to both sides.Their top priority is to protect the banking industry. To this effect, government authorities have already employ agents provocateurs to burn police cars and bank buildings to portrait the activists as villains. The activists are incressingly aware of the disproportionate influence Zionist Jewish bankers have had in causing the global financial crisis. This writer is also of Jewish extraction on the paternal side of the family. It is evident that Jewish people cannot be blamed for what their fanatical coreligionists are doing, nor can Christians be blamed for the Vatican malpractices of opus dei, or the Evangelist for being aggressive in their stance against Muslims or blame Islamic people for being Wahabist extremists. The moral majority of these three faiths are good people, but their leaders are manipulating the faithful for power, money and vanity.
