The reason for the dismissal is the government’s failure to agree on the next year budget.

Israel ’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu may announce the early parliamentary election later Tuesday. This election can be held in late January-early February 2013, VoR’s sources say referring to its sources close to the head of the Israeli government.

Netanyahu is to make the final decision on this issue by the end of this week.

Earlier Tuesday, Netanyahu finished consultations on the next year budget with the heads of the political parties which form the coalition.

Analysts say that in the current situation the budget won’t be approved which may automatically lead to holding early elections.

The press service of Netanyahu’s administration later on Tuesday says Netanyahu is to make a statement for the media.
