Spanish King Praises France’s Crack Down On ETA
Spanish King Juan Carlos Monday commended France’s endeavors to crack down on separatest ETA organization and eliminating its cells.
Juan Carlos made the remarks after he decorated visiting French President Nicolas Sarkozy with the Spanish Royal Family’s medal for his country’s role to fighting ETA, local media reported.
Sarkozy arrived here earlier today in his first visit since Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy assumed office last month, and two days after French security forces arrested three suspected ETA members.
