South Korea And US Kick Off Joint Drill

By

South Korea and the US kicked off their joint military exercise on Monday, as North Korea issued yet another threat to strike back.

The Key Resolve, scheduled to run until April 30, involves about 200,000 South Korean troops and more than 2,000 American soldiers practicing joint naval, ground and air force operations.

Last week North Korea accused the two allies of being “poised for a war carrying nuclear war equipment”, dubbed the South and the US as “warmongers” and vowed to launch a “sacred war” against the two.
