Israel Kills Ihab Khrizim, Hamas’ Head Of Central Infrastructure For Transferring Funds

(Albawaba) — The Israeli Army announced Thursday the killing of Ihab Khrizim, the head of the central infrastructure for transferring funds of Hamas, in an airstrike in the Gaza Strip.
The IDF shared a video of the airstrike that targeted the Hamas commander and wrote, “The IDF struck two days ago in the Khan Younis area and eliminated Ihab Khrizim, head of a central infrastructure for transferring funds of the ‘terror organization’ Hamas.”
According to the Israeli army, Khrizim was responsible for managing transfers of funds worth millions of dollars to the military wing of Hamas.
It added, “In recent times, Khrizim continued to violate the ceasefire agreement, and his actions enabled the promotion and execution of terror plots in the immediate timeframe against IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip and civilians of the State of Israel.”
In addition to killing Ihab Khrizim, Muhammad Al-Habash, the head of a unit in the production headquarters of Hamas, was also killed in the same strike.
During the war, Al-Habash took part in the production of weaponry for the Palestinian group.
