California: Female Suspect In San Bernardino Massacre Allegedly Pledged Allegiance To Islamic State
The female shooter involved in this week’s killing spree in California has pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of Daesh, according to three US officials familiar with the investigation.
Tashfeen Malik, 27, and her husband Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, stormed a holiday party in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday, killing at least 14 people and injuring 21 in the deadliest mass shooting in the US in three years.
Hours later, the couple died in a fire exchange with police.
