Bahrain King vows probe into protesters’ deaths

Bahraini King Hamad Bin Isa al-Khalifa said a ministerial committee, to be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Jawad al-Orayedh, will be tasked to investigate the death of two people in clashes with police, reports Yemeni state news agency SABA.

The SABA article noted that in a televised speech, the King expressed his deep condolences to the families of the slain protesters.

A Bahraini mourner was killed on Tuesday in clashes erupted between policemen and the mourners at the funeral of a protester shot dead during a Monday protest, SABA noted.
